Cotter Graduates DARE Class
School Resource Officer Deputy Edward Elliott graduated 45, 5th grade D.A.R.E. students at Cotter Elementary May 6th. Deputy Elliott, Principal Airl Cheek, Superintendent Don Sharp and Sheriff John Montgomery spoke to students about what they had learned in D.A.R.E. and how those lessons would help in the future.
