A 23 year old woman from Elizabeth, Arkansas, HEATHER JOY HODGES, was arrested Tuesday, July 24^th on a felony bench warrant charging her with selling prescription narcotics.

     Sheriff’s Investigators made a controlled buy from HODGES in April for approximately 8mg of prescription hydromorphone (Dilaudid) pills for $80.00.  HODGES used a cell phone during the commission of the offense.

     Investigators obtained a warrant for the arrest of HEATHER HODGES, and she was taken into custody and booked into the Detention Center yesterday on charges of:

     Delivery of Schedule I or Schedule II Controlled Substance – Felony
     Conspiracy to Sell Prescription Medications – Felony
     Unlawful Use of a Communication Device – Felony

     HODGES was released from custody after posting bond in the amount of $5,000 and will appear in Circuit Court on July 26^th.
