MAN ARRESTED FOR SELLING PRESCRIPTION PILLS

A rural Mountain Home man, 26 year old JASON MICHAEL BIDDLE, was arrested Wednesday afternoon for felony drug offenses.
During April and May, 2012, Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police Department, and Flippin Police Department were able to make controlled buys of prescription pills from JASON BIDDLE on three separate occasions. Each of these transactions was facilitated by use of cellular phones, and at least one of the transactions took place within the immediate vicinity of a church.
Investigators were able to make buys of 12 oxycodone hydrochloride pills for $360. Investigators then obtained a warrant for the arrest of JASON BIDDLE, and he was arrested yesterday afternoon and taken to the Detention Center.
JASON MICHAEL BIDDLE was incarcerated on the following charges:
Delivery of Schedule I or Schedule II Controlled Substance (3 counts) – Felonies
Criminal Conspiracy (3 counts) – Felonies
Unlawful Use of Communications Device (3 counts) – Felonies
Proximity to Certain Facilities – Enhanced Penalty Statute
BIDDLE has a bond of $50,000 and will appear in Circuit Court on July 12th.
