A Henderson man was arrested Thursday afternoon, May 24th, on a charge of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm following an investigation into a complaint made on May 23rd of a man shooting a rifle off his deck.
The complaining witness informed Sheriff’s Corporal Scott Thrasher that she had observed this man shooting a rifle off the back deck of his residence at 326 CR 835 on Wednesday, May 23rd. Investigators seized two firearms from the suspect’s residence, an AR-14 rifle and a 12 gauge automatic shotgun.

He was released from custody after posting bond in the amount of $10,000 and will appear in Circuit Court on May 31st.
