Seven persons have been charged with Minor in Possession of Alcohol following a disturbance call in the early morning hours of April 1^st.  At approximately 4:09 AM, the Sheriff’s Office took a report of a fight in progress at the Lake Norfork Inn in Henderson.  Deputies and a state police trooper responded.  

     Hotel management assisted officers with locating persons in two separate rooms.  After knocking several times, officers gained access to the rooms.  As the doors opened, officers observed evidence of alcoholic beverages in both rooms.  Seven underage persons had been consuming alcohol as confirmed by portable breath tests.  Two others had not been drinking and were not charged. 

     Those 18 to 20 years olds arrested by Deputy Charles Bost on a misdemeanor charge of Minor in Possession of Alcohol were: 

     Clayton Waldrop, 18 years old of Mountain Home
     Gerald Davidson, 19 years old of Mountain Home
     Charles Crandall, 18 years old of Mountain Home
     Ryan Beller, 19 years old of Mountain Home
     McKenzie Allen, 18 years old of Carthage, Missouri 

     Each of these persons were booked into the Detention Center and released after posting bond.  They will appear in Baxter County District Court on April 26^th. 

     In addition, two juveniles (under 18 years of age) were also taken into custody by Deputy Bost and cited for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.  They were turned over to Baxter County Juvenile Services. 

     The room had been rented by the mother of one of the juveniles, but she was not present.
