Everett Hardy Swinbank

    A joint investigation between the Sheriff’s Office and the City of Mountain Home Police Department has resulted in the arrest of 53 year old EVERETT HARDY SWINBANK of Calico Rock, Arkansas on charges of Delivery of Marijuana.

     Investigators made controlled buys of marijuana from SWINBANK over a four month period.    Investigators later procured Warrants of Arrest for SWINBANK, and he was arrested and taken into custody on October 21^st. 

     EVERETT HARDY SWINBANK was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on three (3) felony counts of Delivery of Schedule VI Controlled Substance (Marijuana).  He was released on October 22^nd after posting bond in the amount of $7,500.  He is scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on October 27^th.
