The Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender (High Risk to re-offend) is now residing in Baxter County. 

NAME:                       KELLY J. McBRIDE         

DATE OF BIRTH:   12/11/1962

HOME ADDRESS:  2075 Highway 5 North, #7

                                    Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653

     The offender was convicted most recently of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (2 counts) on 11/30/2000.  These offenses involved the offender engaging in sexual contact with two 10-year old females.  The offender has a prior offense of Battery (2 counts), which involved sexual contact with a pre-pubescent female and a pubescent female.

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notification.
