Rural Mountain Home Man Charged With Leaving the Scene of an Accident

April 2, 2011 at approximately 8:05 am, the Baxter County Sheriff's Office responded to a two (2) vehicle accident at the intersection of Cannie Baker and Weber Roads, just West of Mountain Home.
Deputies Kris Savino and Doug Meurer responded. There were no injuries however one of the persons involved in the accident had left the scene before Deputies arrived. After further investigation, Officers were able to determine the identity of that person and located him at his father's residence on Buford Road. The suspect, Jason Sadler was arrested without incident and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center.
The accident investigation revealed that Jason Sadler was traveling Westbound on Cannie Baker, failed to stop at the stop sign with its intersection with Weber Road and struck the second vehicle.
Jason Shayne Sadler, age 32, of Mountain Home was charged with:
Driving on a Suspended Driver's License
Disregard Stop Sign
Leaving the Scene of an Accident
Jason Sadler posted bond of $560 and was released pending his appearance in Baxter County District Court on April 21, 2011.
