CHARGES FILED AGAINST SIX WHO WERE ARRESTED AT METH LAB SITE YESTERDAY

Six of the persons taken into custody Tuesday morning during the execution of a search warrant at 80 Apple Blossom Cr. have now been charged with drug related offenses as a result of the follow-up investigation by authorities with the Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police, Arkansas State Police, and 14th Judicial Drug Task Force.
Those arrested and their charges are:
Candice C. Byers, 22 years old of Yellville, charged with:
Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine – Felony
Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine – Felony
Byers’ bond was set at $10,000, and she will appear in Circuit Court on January 6th.
Teresa L. Jackson, 50 years old of 80 Apple Blossom Cr., charged with:
Manufacturing a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture – Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance – Meth – with Intent to Deliver – Felony
Habitual Offender – Sentence Enhancement
Jackson’s bond was set at $50,000, and she will appear in Circuit Court on January 6th.
Jason S. McAndrew, 23 years old of Gassville, charged with:
Possession of Controlled Substance – Marijuana – Misdemeanor
McAndrew’s bond was set at $695.00. He will appear in District Court on January 6th.
Beverly A. Rogers, 25 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:
Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine – Felony
Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine – Felony
Rogers' bond was set at $10,000, and she will appear in Circuit Court on January 6th.
Ronald M. Shelton, 49 years old of Yellville, charged with:
Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Habitual Offender – Sentence Enhancement
Shelton’s bond was set at $5,000, and he will appear in Circuit Court on January 6th.
Robert D. Willett, 27 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:
Manufacturing a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine – Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance – Meth – with Intent to Deliver – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture Meth – Felony
Habitual Offender – Sentence Enhancement
Willett’s bond was set at $50,000, and he will appear in Circuit Court on January 6th.
In addition to those charged with drug offenses, a seventh person at the residence, Bradley Glen Sellers, 33 years old of rural Mountain Home, was charged with a Parole Violation and is being held without bond. An eighth person was released from custody without being charged.
While serving the search warrant, Investigators found a working methamphetamine laboratory. Investigators seized approximately three grams of methamphetamine, as well as various drug paraphernalia. A professional lab clean-up crew was called in to remove and dispose of precursers and certain paraphernalia.
The investigation and arrests are part of a continuing cooperative effort with other local law enforcement agencies to curtail the manufacture, distribution, and possession of dangerous drugs in Baxter County.
