SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT LEADS TO FELONY DRUG CHARGES AGAINST FOUR

A collaborative effort among several local law enforcement agencies has resulted in the arrest of four persons on methamphetamine related drug charges.
Acting on intelligence that had been developed concerning methamphetamine production in Baxter County, officers yesterday obtained a search warrant for a residence on Timber Lane Road off Highway 5 North in Baxter County. During the search of the residence, officers located several items consistent with the production of methamphetamine. These included ammonium nitrate, lithium batteries, pseudoephedrine pills, and coleman fuel, as well as finished methamphetamine product.
There were four people at the residence when the warrant was served. The residence was located near a church, which constitutes a separate offense carrying enhanced penalties. Each of these persons were taken into custody and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center. Once at the Detention Center, one of the offenders, Beverly Rogers, was found to have marijuana concealed on her person as well. Their charges and bond amounts are as follows:
Sidney R. Ply, 34 years old of Summit, Arkansas, charged with:

Near Certain Facilities – Felony
Bond for Sidney R. Ply has been set at $25,000, with an appearance pending in Circuit Court.
Cody Lee Landurini, 19 years old of Yellville, charged with:
Manufacture of a Controlled Substance – Meth – Felony
Manufacture of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine –
Near Certain Facilities – Felony
Bond for Cody Ladurini has been set at $25,000, with an appearance pending in Circuit Court.
Misty Dawn Russell, 27 years old of Yellville, charged with:
Conspiracy to Manufacture a Controlled Substance –
Methamphetamine – Felony
Manufacture of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine –
Near Certain Facilities – Felony
Bond for Misty Russell has been set at $25,000, with an appearance pending in Circuit Court.
Beverly Ann Rogers, 25 years old of Midway, charged with:
Manufacture of a Controlled Substance – Meth – Felony
Manufacture of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine –
Near Certain Facilities – Felony
Furnishing Prohibited Articles – Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance – Marijuana – Misdemeanor
Bond for Beverly Rogers has been set at $25,000, with an appearance pending in Circuit Court.
Agencies participating in the investigation, search, and arrests were the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police Department, Arkansas State Police – CID Unit, and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
