TWO FUGITIVES FROM BAXTER COUNTY ARRESTED IN WYOMING ON MURDER CHARGES

The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office has learned that two fugitives with outstanding arrest warrants and pick up orders from Baxter County Circuit Court have been arrested in Casper, Wyoming on First Degree Murder Charges.
According to “Tribe.com”, an online news source from Wyoming, 23 year old Edward Lee Hays and 18 year old Dustin J. Doyle, both previously from Baxter County, have been charged in Natrona County Circuit Court in the Sunday night shooting death of a Casper, Wyoming man they were trying to rob.
Edward Lee Hays has been a wanted fugitive from Baxter County since late 2007 when he fled the State to avoid arrest on three outstanding felony warrants for Terroristic Threatening, Aggravated Assault, and Theft of Property.
Dustin J. Doyle is wanted on a pickup order from Circuit Court – Juvenile Division that was issued in March, 2010.
Both Hays and Doyle, as well as a third defendant with no known connections to Baxter County, are being held in custody pending preliminary court hearings in Wyoming within the next two weeks.
