     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a new sex offender has registered with the Sheriff's Office after moving into this jurisdiction from Marion County.

NAME:                       STEVEN RAY NOLES

DATE OF BIRTH:   11/11/1993

HOME ADDRESS:   110 Hopper Street

                                    Gassville, AR 72635

The offender was arrested on 08/15/2015 in Springfield, Missouri on a charge of Sodomy in the 2nd Degree.  The offender was also arrested on 8/16/2015 in Cedar County, Missouri on charges of Statutory Rape in the 2nd Degree and Sodomy in the 2nd Degree.  The offender was found guilty of Statutory Sodomy and Statutory Rape in the Circuit Court of Greene County, Missouri and sentenced to a period of probation with a suspended sentence.  His probation was later revoked, and he was then incarcerated in the Missouri Department of Corrections.  Available documentation does not provide any specific details of these offenses.
