Braydan Anthony Sisk

Baxter County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested 29 year old BRAYDAN ANTHONY SISK of rural Mountain Home after responding to a call early this morning, May 25th, of a home intruder being held at gunpoint by the homeowner.

The call was received at approximately 12:34 AM from a residence in the 5000 block of State Highway 5 South.  When deputies arrived, they found the intruder to be BRAYDAN SISK, a person well known to them.  The homeowner stated that he had been asleep and heard the dogs barking outside.  When he got up and turned the lights on to see what was going on, he saw the intruder standing inside the house.  The homeowner was armed and held the intruder at gun point, asking him what he was doing inside the house.  While waiting for deputies to arrive, SISK admitted to the home owner that he had also entered into a camper that was on the property.   It was initially unknown if anything had been stolen or damaged by SISK.

Deputies took BRAYDAN SISK into custody upon their arrival and transported him to the Baxter County Detention Center.  He was booked on charges of:

Residential Burglary - Felony
Criminal Trespass - Misdemeanor
Habitual Offender - Penalty Enhancement
Parole Violation

Records indicate that BRAYDAN SISK is currently on parole and has at least five prior convictions for felony crimes.  SISK will appear before the Circuit Court to answer the current charges on June 12th.
