Parolee Arrested Again Month After Release From Prison

On Thursday, July 28 at approximately 9 am, Baxter County Sheriff's Investigators assisted Arkansas State Probation and Parole Officers with a home visit of 25-year-old Nathaniel Kramer at 232 Water Tower Road, in Salesville. Kramer was out on parole from several convictions from Pulaski County. Kramer had just been released in June of 2022.
Officers discovered approximately 75 grams of Methamphetamine laced with Fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. Also discovered were items that had been reported stolen from several vehicle break-ins from Norfork, Salesville, Briarcliff and Buford.
25-year-old Nathaniel Ryan Kramer of Salesville, was arrested and charged with:
Parole Violation
Trafficking a Controlled Substance Class Y Felony
Possession of a Controlled substance Class B Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Class B Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Class D Felony
Breaking or Entering (7 counts) Class D
Theft of Property (3 counts) Class D Felony
Criminal Mischief 1st Degree Class D Felony
Theft by Receiving Class D Felony
Kramer is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on bond of $50,000 pending his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on August 8, 2022.
The investigation is continuing.
