Pursuant to Writ of Execution issued by the Circuit Court of Baxter County, Arkansas, Case No. 03DR-18-45, the Sheriff's Office will offer for sale by public auction the following properties:

Mountain Home Motel - 411 South Main St., Mountain Home, AR

Spring Valley Kitchenettes - 548 Hwy 62 E., Mountain Home, AR

     These properties will be sold on May 6, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the Baxter County Court House to the highest bidder by order of the writ.
