Andy Wayne Baker, Jr.

The Sheriff's Office arrested a Bull Shoals man Thursday evening, May 28th, after receiving a complaint of someone breaking into vehicles in the Henderson area.

At approximately 10:40 PM, Sheriff's Deputy Justin Haight was dispatched to 11977 Hwy 62 East when a woman reported she had been awakened when she heard a car door close.  She looked out her window and saw a shirtless male searching through her vehicles.  When she startled him, the man took off running down Hwy 62 toward Mountain Home.  Deputy Haight arrived at the residence, and it was discovered that a game camera had been stolen from one of the vehicles.  The camera was found on the roadway where the man had dropped it when running away.

A short time later, another complaint call was received of a suspicious person trying to flag down vehicles on Hwy 62 East near Crystal Cove Road.  Deputy Haight made contact with this man, who was shirtless.  This man was found to be intoxicated and was not coherent in his speech.  The man was identified as 19 year old ANDY WAYNE BAKER, JR. of Bull Shoals.

ANDY BAKER was arrested and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center and was booked on charges of:

Breaking or Entering (2 counts) - Felonies
Theft of Property - Misdemeanor
Public Intoxication - Misdemeanor

BAKER is being held in lieu of $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear before the Circuit Court to answer on June 25th.
