     Four people were arrested Tuesday afternoon, October 23rd, on various drug charges when officers conducted an inspection of a home on South Street in Mountain Home that an inmate with the Arkansas Department of Corrections wanted to parole out of prison to.  Officers with the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections (ACC) found illegal drugs during the inspection of the residence.  PAMELA RITCHIE was identified as the homeowner.  Three other persons were found to be inside the residence as well, including KETURAH SANDERS-DICKS, who is currently on parole and under active supervision by ACC.  Sheriff’s Investigators were called to the residence to assist.

     During the inspection of the main part of the home, officers found approximately one gram of methamphetamine, various controlled substances including morphine sulfate and oxycodone hydrochloride, and articles of drug paraphernalia.  In a separate bedroom used by KETURAH SANDERS-DICKS, officers found another gram of methamphetamine, diazepam, marijuana, and articles of drug paraphernalia.

     Each of the four persons who were at the residence were arrested, transported to the Detention Center, and charged with the same offenses as follows:

PAMELA S. RITCHIE, 63 years of age, charged with:

Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose to Deliver – Felony
Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies

     PAMELA RITCHIE is being held in custody in lieu of $15,000 bond, and she will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on November 8th.

     MARVIN S. RITCHIE, 56 years old of Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose to Deliver – Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies

     MARVIN RITCHIE is being held in custody in lieu of $15,000 bond, and he will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on November 8th.

     KETURAH SANDERS-DICKS, 34 years old of Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose to Deliver – Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies

     KETURAH SANDERS-DICKS is being held in custody in lieu of $15,000 bond, and she will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on November 8th.

     JOSHUA T. DICKS, 25 years old of Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose to Deliver – Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies

     JOSHUA DICKS is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond, and he will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on November 8th.
