ANDERSON ARRESTED AGAIN FOR DOMESTIC BATTERY

A rural Mountain Home man was arrested on a felony domestic battery charge after deputies responded to a disturbance call at 721 CR 28 on Saturday, August 11th.
At approximately 12:21 PM, the 911 call center received a report of a domestic disturbance at that address. While deputies were enroute, they were informed that there was a standing no contact order in place against the male suspect involved in the disturbance, identified as 21 year old RYAN JOEL ANDERSON.
Upon arrival, deputies encountered a female victim. She was holding a blood-stained cloth to the rear of her head. She told deputies that ANDERSON had come to her residence and attacked her, alleging that he shoved her into the doorway and choked her. The victim also stated she was pregnant.
RYAN ANDERSON had left the residence on foot. At approximately 12:57 PM, deputies found ANDERSON a short distance away in a business parking lot. He was taken into custody at that time and transported to the Detention Center. He was subsequently booked on charges of:
Domestic Battery in the Second Degree – Felony
Violation of No Contact Order – Misdemeanor
RYAN ANDERSON is being held without bond pending an appearance before a judicial officer. ANDERSON has three prior arrests in Baxter County for Domestic Battery since 2017.
