TWO CHARGED WITH DRUG OFFENSES AFTER SEARCH OF RESIDENCE

Two people were arrested and charged with various drug offenses today after officers conducted a search of a residence at 79 Floyd Street in rural Mountain Home, the residence of parolee DARYL MATTHEW KRUEGER. A search waiver was on file with Arkansas Community Corrections which permitted officers to search the residence of the parolee.
During the search, officers found approximately 1/10th gram of heroin, approximately 6 grams of methamphetamine, 4 clonazepam pills, and approximately 2 grams of marijuana. In addition, various articles of drug paraphernalia were found, including scales, syringes, and smoking devices. All of these items were seized and taken into evidence.
Also present at the residence was MICHAEL DONALD CULVER of rural Mountain Home. In his constructive possession officers found drug paraphernalia used to consume methamphetamine.
DARYL MATTHEW KRUEGER, 32 year of age, has been incarcerated in the Detention Center and is charged with:
Possession of Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (heroin) – Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (methamphetamine) – Felony
Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (clonazepam) – Felony
Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (marijuana) – Misdemeanor
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies
KRUEGER has a bond of $20,000 on these charges and will appear in the Circuit Court to answer later this month. KRUEGER shows to have additional charges pending from Mountain Home PD.
MICHAEL DONALD CULVER, 49 years of age, has been incarcerated in the Detention Center and is charged with:
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
CULVER has a bond of $2,500 on that charge and will also appear in the Circuit Court to answer later this month.
