Rachael Ann Callaway

     RACHAEL ANN CALLAWAY, 49 years of age of Mountain Home, was arrested this afternoon on a bench warrant from the Circuit Court charging her with selling methamphetamine.

     The warrant was obtained after an informant working with law enforcement officials made two controlled buys of methamphetamine from CALLAWAY in May, 2018.  The aggregate total of methamphetamine from both buys was approximately 12 grams.  These transactions were monitored and recorded by officers.  Both of these buys took place within 1000 feet of a city park.  A cell phone was used to facilitate the transactions. 

     RACHAEL ANN CALLAWAY was booked into the Detention Center on charges of:

Delivery of Methamphetamine (2 counts) – Felonies
Unlawful Use of Communications Device – Felony

     CALLAWAY is being held in lieu of $40,000 bond and will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on June 21st.  She is also being held on a probation violation from a previous case.  Agencies involved were the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police Department, and 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
