A parolee, 36 year old JESSIE DOMINIQUE MOORE of rural Mountain Home, was arrested Thursday morning May 10th when officers with the Sheriff’s Office and the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections went to an address in on Century Park Way to search for a different parolee.
JESSIE MOORE came to the address after officers arrived there. She also lives there. As part of her conditions of parole, MOORE has a warrantless search waiver on file. These included several grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, loaded syringes, scales, packaging materials, smoking devices and various pills identified as Clonazepam and Xanax. All of these items were seized and taken into evidence. The location of this residence is near a church, thus providing for a penalty enhancement under Arkansas law.

Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance with Purpose of Delivery – Felony
Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Purpose of Deliver (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts) – Felonies
Proximity to Certain Facilities – Penalty Enhancement

Parole Violation – Felony Hold
MOORE is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond on the new charges, but without bond on the parole violation. She will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on June 21st. MOORE has been booked into the Baxter County Jail eleven times since 2000. The other parolee officers were looking for was not found.
