The Sheriff’s Office was called to accompany emergency medical personnel to 7949 Hwy 5 South at 12:33 AM this morning for a woman who had been found unresponsive and possibly deceased there.  An ambulance had been summoned by a call from another person living at the residence.  When he returned home he had found the woman and called for help. The woman was identified as 34 year old CASEY CHERRY.

     Ambulance personnel and a Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the residence.  They found CASEY CHERRY to be deceased in the bathroom of the home.  An overdose is suspected.  The County Coroner was called to take possession of the body of the decedent, which is being sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office in Little Rock for autopsy.

   No foul play is suspected.  The investigation will remain open pending the autopsy results.
