On November 24 at approximately 234 pm, Baxter County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call at the Lakeview Roadside Park.

The complainant told Deputies that she and her 13-year old daughter were walking their dog on the trail following a man wearing a white shirt and a short blue skirt.  The male hurried on ahead and when she and her daughter walked around a corner in the trail the male was standing there with his skirt pulled up and his erect penis exposed to her and her daughter.

An affidavit was filed and a warrant obtained for the suspect’s arrest. On December 7th at approximately 9:40 am, the suspect, Michael Armijo turned himself into the Baxter County Detention Center. 

Michael Edward Armijo, age 53 address listed 8900 Westwood Ave, Little Rock, Arkansas was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on charges of:

Sexual Indecency With a Child, Class D Felony

Armijo posted a $5,000 bond and was released pending his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on December 14, at 9 am.
