Henderson Man Arrested for B&E and Theft

On November 20, Baxter County Deputies took a report of the theft of a skill saw, chainsaw, archery bow, two leaf blowers and a weed eater from a shop building on Porter Circle, in Henderson, Arkansas. On December 4th, the victim observed a skill saw and a weed eater that appeared to be the ones that were stolen at his neighbor’s residence. The neighbor had done work for the victim in the past.
Baxter County Sheriff’s Investigators arrived at the residence and after being advised of his Miranda Rights, the suspect turned over all of the items except for one leaf blower and one chainsaw. The suspect was arrested and taken to the Baxter County Detention Center.
Nathan Edward Garrison, age 38 of Henderson has been charged with:
Breaking or Entering Class D Felony
Theft of Property Class D Felony
Contempt of Court/Non Payment of Fines
Garrison is currently being held on bond of $5,190 pending his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on December 14 at 1 pm.
