The Sheriff’s Office responded yesterday, October 19th, to an unattended death at 92 CR 610 at approximately 4:19 PM.  Emergency medical personnel were already on scene.

     The decedent was identified as 40 year old WALTER S. GRAHAM.  He was found deceased in the basement of the home by a relative.  Relatives had not spoken with him since the prior evening.  There were no signs of foul play, but due his young age the body is being sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office in Little Rock for autopsy to determine cause and manner of death.

     The case will remain open until the results of the autopsy are known.  The Baxter County Coroner’s Office assisted at the scene.
