     Sheriff’s Investigators were called this morning to 267 CR 492 to assist officers with the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections with a compliance home check.  Authorities encountered five individuals at this residence, which is the home of probationer KEITH TRIVITT.

     During the course of the probation search, officers found a small amount of methamphetamine and various items of drug paraphernalia inside the residence.  A female in the residence, identified as AMELIA PITTAWAY, was inside one of the bedrooms where methamphetamine and paraphernalia were found. PITTAWAY asked to use the restroom.  She used a concealed hole in the wall to escape from the bathroom into another room in the house, but was quickly apprehended.

     At the conclusion of the investigation, arrests were made as follows:

KEITH T. TRIVITT, 35 years old of the residence, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony

He was also charged by citation with two misdemeanor offenses, Theft of Services and Criminal Mischief, on another unrelated investigation involving theft of utilities.

     TRIVITT will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on October 19th.  He was already out on bond from a previous arrest and has a bond of $6,000 on these charges. TRIVITT has a total of 28 bookings in the Detention Center since 2000.

AMELIA EVE PITTAWAY, 32 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Obstruction of Governmental Operations – Misdemeanor

     PITTAWAY has a bond of $5,000 and will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on October 19th.  She has a total of 15 bookings in the Detention Center since 2013.

DENVER LLOYD BAUMGARDNER, 31 years old of Norfork, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) – Felony

     BAUMGARDNER has a bond of $5,000 and will appear in Circuit Court on October 19th.  He also has a no bond hold for a parole violation. BAUMGARDNER has been booked into the Detention Center a total of 7 times since 2005.

     SABRINA T. ANDERSON, 21 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony

     ANDERSON has a bond of $2,000 and will appear in Circuit Court on October 19th as well. ANDERSON has a total of 5 bookings in the Detention Center since 2016.

     A fifth person at the residence was released without charges.
