DEPUTIES ARREST BURGLARY SUSPECT WEDNESDAY EVENING
07/27/2017
Ryan Anthony Osheim |
A Mountain Home man was arrested Wednesday evening, July 26th, on a residential burglary charge after deputies were called to 239 Meadowview Terrace.
The homeowner went to the residence at approximately 6:30 PM and found that it had been broken into. The Sheriff’s Office was notified, and deputies responded. The homeowner and a neighbor observed 26 year old RYAN ANTHONY OSHEIM leaving out the back of the residence. Deputies learned that RYAN OSHEIM had previously worked for the homeowner and was dismissed. OSHEIM had retained a key to the residence and refused to return the key. OSHEIM had been told not to return to the premises. The homeowner had taken steps to further secure the residence, but OSHEIM had bypassed those obstacles and gained entrance anyway, causing damage to the property in so doing. OSHEIM was taken into custody at the scene by deputies.
Records indicate that OSHEIM has four prior arrests for Criminal Trespass in Baxter County in 2017, some of which were related to this same address. RYAN OSHEIM was booked into the detention center on charges of:
Residential Burglary – Felony
Criminal Mischief – Misdemeanor
He has a bond of $25,000 and will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on August 3rd.
