     The Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that Level 3 (high risk to re-offend) sex offender has moved to a new address

DATE OF BIRTH:   10/28/1979

OLD ADDRESS:      1126 Red Bank Rd.

                                    Gamaliel, Arkansas 72537     

NEW ADDRESS:      427 RD 1417
                                    Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653 (Clarkridge area) 

     The offender has been convicted in the State of California of multiple crimes, including several counts of indecent exposure, child molestation, assault with intent to rape, and sexual battery.  His most recent conviction was in 2009.  Documentation available at this time indicates there were multiple female victims, ages 16 and above.

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notification.
