The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office and the Board of Directors of the Baxter County Sheriff’s Foundation, Inc. want to say thank you and express appreciation to the Mountain Home couple who recently made a donation of $500 to be used to purchase safety equipment for the deputies.

     Although the donors wish to remain anonymous, they conveyed to the Sheriff’s Office that instead of giving one another Christmas gifts this year they decided to make this donation, which was received by the Sheriff’s Foundation on December 7th.

     The Sheriff and all the deputies and employees of the Sheriff’s Office wish to extend their heartfelt thanks to this couple for their generous contribution and for being concerned about the safety and welfare of their law enforcement officers.  This donation will be used to purchase equipment to help protect deputies when performing their duties.
