On October 4, 2016 at approximately 1:30 pm, Investigators from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police, 14th Judicial Drug Task Force and the Arkansas State Police conducted 3 search warrants in rural Baxter County. 

Search warrant one was executed at 122 Bonnie Laddie Lane In Briarcliff which resulted in the arrest of 35 year old Jarrod Allen Sisk, who resides at that address. Sisk had an outstanding warrant for multiple counts delivery of a methamphetamine. 

Search warrant two was executed at 221 N Highland Blvd in Briarcliff which resulted in the arrest of 48 year old John Milton Rutherford, who resides at that address. Rutherford was arrested for felony possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Search warrant three was executed at the address of 755 Fout Road in the Gamaliel area. There was no one present at that address.

Jerrod Allen Sisk is charged with:

3 Counts - Delivery of Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine.....Class B Felony
Distribution of a Controlled Substance Near Certain Facilities.....Unclassified Felony
3 Counts - Unlawful Use of a Communication Device.....Class C Felony
Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine.....Class C Felony
Theft of Property..... Class A Misdemeanor

Jerrod Sisk is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on bond $76,190 pending his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on October 6th at 1 pm.

John Milton Rutherford is charged with:

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.... Class D Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia..... Class A Misdemeanor

John Rutherford is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on bond of $2500 pending his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on October 6th at 1 pm.

The investigation is continuing with more arrests probable.
