PROBATION HOME VISIT NETS THREE ARRESTS

Three people were arrested Thursday morning on drug or drug paraphernalia charges when officers conducted a probation/parole home visit at a house on Baxter CR 714. During a search of the premises, officers found a small amount of methamphetamine and various items of drug paraphernalia. This included syringes, spoons, baggies, and other items used to consume or process methamphetamine.
Those arrested and their charges are:
JESSIE DARLENE LANGSTON, 50 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Failure to Appear – Misdemeanor warrant
Parole Violation – Felony
Her bond is $1,940 on the new charges, and she will appear in Circuit Court to answer on June 23rd. She is currently being held without bond on the parole violation.
JOSHUA JAMES LANGSTON, 31 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:
Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Parole Violation – Felony
His bond on the new charges is $2,500, and he will appear in Circuit Court to answer on June 23rd. He is currently being held without bond on the parole violation.
JACKIE DALE STACY, 44 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
His bond on this charge is $1,500, and he will appear to answer in Circuit Court also on June 23rd.
Agencies involved in the arrests were the Sheriff’s Office, 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force, and the Mountain Home Police Dept.
