NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

     Pursuant to Writ of Execution issued by the District Court of Baxter County, Arkansas in Case No. CV-2014-61, the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office will conduct a public sale by auction for property seized in accordance with said writ.

Time of Sale:                       6:00 PM

Location of Sale:                 435 Buzzard Roost Cutoff  
                                            Mountain Home, Arkansas                                                       

Items for Sale:  Woodworking tools, saws, drills, and other associated items.

NOTE:  This is a “Progressive Sale”.  Once sufficient funds have been received at auction to satisfy the amount of the judgement in this case, including all costs and fees, the auction will cease.  Any remaining articles or items of personal property after the auction has concluded shall remain in the possession of the judgement debtor.

Items for sale at auction can be viewed from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day of the sale and at the location indicated.
