BURGLARY SUSPECT CAUGHT INSIDE HOME; HELD AT GUNPOINT

A rural Mountain Home resident, already out of prison on parole, 31 year old BRYAN KEITHSUTTERFIELD, was arrested this morning by Sheriff’s Corporal Kristofer Savino on additional felony charges.
The Sheriff’s Office was notified at approximately 9:45 AM by the 911 Call Center that a caller on Baxter CR 69 near Maple Hollow Ln. had caught a man burglarizing his mother’s home. The caller told dispatchers that was holding the suspect at gunpoint in the front yard of the residence.
Corporal Savino arrived at approximately 9:56 AM and immediately took the suspect into custody, who was identified as BRYAN KEITH SUTTERFIELD. Evidence indicated that SUTTERFIELD had pulled off a screen and gained entrance to the residence through a window. The caller caught SUTTERFIELD inside the home carrying a box of jewelry and subsequently detained him while calling 911.
BRYAN KEITH SUTTERFIELD was transported to the Detention Center where he is currently being held on charges of:
Residential Burglary – Felony
Theft of Property – Felony
SUTTERFIELD will have a $50,000 bond on those charges while awaiting an appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court.
The Arkansas Department of Community Corrections has also placed a no bond hold on SUTTERFIELD for a Parole Violation.
