PAROLEE ARRESTED FOR DRUG POSSESSION

A Parolee, 37 year old JEREMY M. DUNCAN of Gepp, Arkansas, was arrested this afternoon at his place of employment in Mountain Home when a deputy from the Sheriff's Office accompanied officers with the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections while they initiated contact with DUNCAN as part of a parolee inspection process.
During contact with JEREMY DUNCAN, officers conducted a search of his person and found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, being a used syringe and a cooking spoon.
JEREMY DUNCAN was arrested and transported to the Detention Center. He was booked at approximately 5:30 PM on charges of:
Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Felony
Parole Violation - Felony
JEREMY DUNCAN is being held in lieu of $7,500 bond on the drug charges and without bond on the parole violation. He will appear in Circuit Court on June 26th.
