WOMAN ARRESTED FOR SELLING METH TO INFORMANT

The Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 31 year old rural Mountain Home woman on felony drug charges after a person cooperating with law enforcement made a controlled buy of methamphetamine from her.
MEGAN MARIE LOE sold approximately ½ gram of methamphetamine to the informant for $100.00 in January, 2014. The transaction was monitored and recorded by Sheriff’s Investigators. MEGAN LOE used a cellular phone to facilitate the deal.
Today, March 18th, Investigators went to the residence of MEGAN LOE to take her into custody. Investigators made contact with LOE at the residence. While there, they observed a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine residue.
MEGAN LOE was transported to the Detention Center late this morning and booked on charges of:
Delivery of Methamphetamine – Class C Felony
Unlawful Use of Communications Device – Class C Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Class D Felony
Probation Violation – Felony
MEGAN LOE has a bond of $5,000 on the drug charges and will appear in Circuit Court March 27th.
