ARREST MADE IN DAMAGE TO VEHICLES AT MOUNTAIN HOME CONCRETE

A rural Gassville man, 51 year old RANDY DWAYNE DILBECK, has been arrested and is in the Baxter County Detention Center on felony charges after he intentionally caused significant damage to company-owned vehicles at Mountain Home Concrete.
On Sunday, March 16th, Deputy Doug Meurer took a report from the owner of Mountain Home Concrete in regards to damage being done to vehicles parked at the business. This damage consisted of approximately 17 dump truck tires being cut, 58 dump truck windshields being damaged, 6 tires on pickup trucks being cut, and other damage. The total amount of damage was estimated to be approximately $25,600.00.
Upon examining security camera video recordings, a suspect was developed and a bench warrant was obtained for his arrest on Monday, March 18th. RANDY D. DILBECK was arrested and booked into the Detention Center at approximately 6:20 PM on March 18th and is charged with:
Criminal Mischief in the First Degree – Class B Felony
Habitual Offender – Felony
DILBECK is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond, and he is expected to appear in Circuit Court to answer on March 20th.
