SHERIFF'S OFFICE SERVES SEARCH WARRANT FEBRUARY 28TH AND MAKES ONE ARREST

On Friday, February 28th, the Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a private residence at 289 Homan Ln. near Briarcliff. The warrant was obtained based upon evidence of drug activity at this residence that investigators became aware of.
During the search, deputies arrested 30 year old MICHAEL CHARLES GLAVISH at the residence after finding drug paraphernalia associated with the use of methamphetamine, including syringes, scales, and a container with residue. Also found were a keyless entry deadbolt lock and a set of door knobs that had been reported stolen from Lowe’s Home Improvement store in Mountain Home on February 26th.
MICHAEL CHARLES GLAVISH was taken into custody and transported to the Detention Center on charges of:
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Class D Felony
Theft by Receiving - Class A Misdemeanor
MICHAEL GLAVISH was released from custody the same day after posting a $2,500 bond. He is set to appear in Circuit Court on March 6th.
