On November 4, 2013 at approximately 9 am, Baxter County Sheriff’s Investigators and the 14^th Judicial Drug Task Force arrested 20 year old Cody Bryant Bowers of Mountain Home of drug related charges.

 Sheriff’s and Task Force Investigators, using a cooperating witness, purchased a prescription narcotic, Dilaudid (Pharmaceutical Grade Synthetic Heroin) from Bowers. A felony warrant was issued and Bowers was arrested.

Cody Bryant Bowers is charged with:

Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance     Class C Felony Unlawful Use of a Communication Device     Class C Felony

Bowers is currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on bond of $7,500.  Bowers is due to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on November 7^th at 9 am.
