Rural Mountain Man Arrested for Selling Prescription Synthetic Heroin

On November 4, 2013 at approximately 9 am, Baxter County Sheriff’s Investigators and the 14th Judicial Drug Task Force arrested 20 year old Cody Bryant Bowers of Mountain Home of drug related charges.
Sheriff’s and Task Force Investigators, using a cooperating witness, purchased a prescription narcotic, Dilaudid (Pharmaceutical Grade Synthetic Heroin) from Bowers. A felony warrant was issued and Bowers was arrested.
Cody Bryant Bowers is charged with:
Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Class C Felony Unlawful Use of a Communication Device Class C Felony
Bowers is currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on bond of $7,500. Bowers is due to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on November 7th at 9 am.
