A second person has been arrested on felony drug charges after a person cooperating with law enforcement purchased methamphetamine from him. 20 year old DANIEL LYNN ADAMS was charged in connection with the same drug buy transaction that book place on November 30, 2012 that resulted in the earlier arrest of BRYAN KEITH SUTTERFIELD for Delivery of Methamphetamine. DANIEL LYNN ADAMS was booked into the Detention Center on April 23rd and remains in custody on charge of:
Delivery of Methamphetamine - Felony
Distribution Near Certain Facilities - Felony
Unlawful Use of Communications Device - Felony
Body Attachment (Child Support) - Civil Attachment.
ADAMS will appear in Circuit Court on May 2nd. He currently has a $25,000 bond.

The Sheriff’s Office has arrested 30 year old BRYAN KEITH SUTTERFIELD of rural Mountain Home on felony drug charges after a person cooperating with law enforcement purchased methamphetamine from him.
On November 30, 2012, a cooperating individual arranged to purchase methamphetamine from BRYAN SUTTERFIELD for $250.00. The drug transaction occurred near the Pinkston Middle School in Mountain Home, with Sheriff’s Investigators monitoring the activity.
Approximately 1.9 grams of methamphetamine was obtained during the transaction. Sheriff’s Investigators later obtained a bench warrant for the arrest of SUTTERFIELD.
BRYAN KEITH SUTTERFIELD was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on April 12, 2013 on charges of:
Revocation Bench Warrant – Felony
Revocation of Bond
Delivery of Methamphetamine – Felony
Distribution Near Certain Facilities – Felony
Non Payment of Fines – Misdemeanor Warrant
He is being held in custody in lieu of $7,200 bond. He will appear in Circuit Court on April 18th.
