     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a registered but not yet assessed sex offender has moved to the State of Colorado and is no longer residing in Baxter County.

                              Cotter, Arkansas 72626

     RIPPLE had been originally convicted in January, 2008 in Aurora, Colorado of the crime of Sex Assault.  He is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.
