A joint investigation by the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections and the Baxter County Sheriff's Office has lead to the arrest of a rural Mountain Home man on multiple felony charges.

     28 Year old Zachariah Lee Zelk was taken into custody late this afternoon. He has been charged with:

2 Counts of Theft of Property Class B Felony
Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons Class D Felony
Parole Revocation

   Investigators determined that Mr. Zelk had taken two firearms from a family residence in the Clarkridge area. Mr. Zelk was arrested without incident. One of the firearms have been recovered. The investigation is continuing.

     Zachariah Lee Zelk is currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on Bond of $25,000 on the Felony Charges and a NO BOND hold on the Parole Revocation.
