Deputies and Investigators from the Sheriff's Office are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of two women in at home on Sharon Drive in rural Mountain Home.

The Sheriff's Office was notified of a 911 call at 3:58 PM reporting that two deceased females had been found inside the residence and that there were indications of trauma to the body of one of the women.

Preliminary indications are that the two women, ages 79 and 46, were related, and investigators are exploring a probable domestic violence confrontation between the two women that lead to their deaths.

The investigation is actively underway, and additional information will be released as factual details become available.
