Jennifer Lynn Gordon

Corbin Wayne Gordon

Additional charges have been filed against 30 year old CORBIN WAYNE GORDON and 29 year old JENNIFER LYNN GORDON after their initial arrest on September 27th on Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property charges.

Today, Sheriff’s Investigators obtained additional arrest warrants on both for charges of Residential Burglary (Class B Felony) and Theft of Property (Class D Felony). These charges stem from a report from September 23rd that a burglary had occurred at private home at 500 Driftwood Drive in rural Mountain Home. During this burglary, an acoustic guitar, assorted DVDs, golf clubs, an air compressor, and a luggage bag were stolen. Investigators learned that some of these items had been pawned at a local pawn shop, and both Corbin Gordon and Jennifer Gordon were implicated during the investigation.

Jennifer Gordon had already posted bond and been released from custody on her original charges. She has since been re-arrested and returned to the Detention Center with an additional bond of $10,000 on the new charges.

Corbin Gordon was still incarcerated in the Detention Center, and he was served with the warrant for these new charges. His bond has also been increased by $10,000, and he now has a cumulative bond of $15,000 on all existing charges.

Both of the Gordons are still scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on October 6th.
