Two men have been arrested and were booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on multiple felony charges, including Aggravated Robbery and Kidnapping, following an investigation into an incident that was reported on Friday evening, February 2, 2024.

At approximately 11:27 AM Friday night, the Sheriff's Office received a report that a robbery had occurred at a residence on Vivian Drive in rural Mountain Home.  Deputies responded to the location and made contact with three people at the residence.  The suspects had already fled the scene.

The three victims reported that someone had come to the house and was beating on the door.  Upon answering the door, there were two masked men at the door.  One of them was pointing a handgun at the person who answered the door.  One of the masked suspects, later identified as JACOB GRAY, demanded money from one of the victims. Funds in the amount of $120 were ultimately transferred from the victim's debit card to the suspect's account via an online transaction through PayPal.  While this was taking place, the victim stated that suspect GRAY was pointing a handgun at his chest.  The second masked suspect, later identified as SKYLER HENSON, remained outside the residence.  He was also seen to be possessing a handgun on his person, but was not holding it or pointing it at anyone.

It was reported that during the course of this incident, suspect GRAY pointed the handgun at all three people inside the residence.

Both suspects then left the residence on foot.  It was later learned that they had parked their vehicle at the intersection of Vivian Drive and Baxter CR 27.

After conferring with the victims and others, JACOB GRAY and SKYLER HENSON were developed as the suspects, and local law enforcement agencies began looking for them.  A deputy found GRAY at approximately 2:26 AM February 3rd in a parking lot in Mountain Home and made contact with him.  He was arrested and taken into custody without incident.  Deputies found a handgun in the vehicle GRAY was driving.  The handgun was seized and taken into evidence.

SKYLER HENSON was located at approximately 7:00 PM February 3rd at was taken into custody as well without incident.

JACOB D. GRAY, 19 years old of the rural Gassville area, was booked into the Detention Center on charges of:

Aggravated Robbery - Felony
Aggravated Residential Burglary - Felony
Kidnapping (3 counts) - Felonies
Theft of Property - Felony

He was released from custody after posting bond in the amount of $75,000 and will appear before the Baxter County Circuit Court to answer later this month.

SKYLER L. HENSON, 19 years old of rural Mountain Home, was booked into the Detention Center on the same charges as GRAY.  He remains in custody in lieu of $50,000 bond and will also appear before the Baxter County Circuit Court to answer later this month.
