A PAROLEE AND THREE OTHERS ARRESTED ON FELONY CHARGES DURING HOME VISIT

     Four people were arrested Monday, May 23rd, when Sheriff’s Investigators and Officers with the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force conducted a home visit of Parolee JOHNNIE JOE COLLINS at 187 CR 458.  Investigators had received information that drugs and a firearm were at the residence.

     During the home visit, officers encountered JOHNNIE JOE COLLINS, FRANK D. COLLINS, PATRICIA MOSS-BRANDENBURG, and DAVID EARL FLOWERS.  They found approximately 2.7 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.    Also found was a .22 cal LR revolver with ammunition, and a set of metal knuckles with an attached folding knife blade. 

     Each of these four persons was arrested and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center with charges as follows:

JOHNNIE JOE COLLINS, 54 years old of Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver – Felony
Weapons possession during controlled substance offense – Felony
Possession of firearms by certain persons – Felony
Possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana) – Misdemeanor

     He is being held in lieu of $20,000 bond with a Circuit Court date of June 23rd.

FRANK D. COLLINS, 51 years old of Midway, charged with:

Possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver – Felony
Weapons possession during controlled substance offense – Felony
Possession of firearms by certain persons – Felony
Possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana) – Misdemeanor

     He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond with a Circuit Court date of June 23rd.

PATRICIA ANN MOSS-BRANDENBURG, 47 years old of Midway, charged with:

Possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver – Felony
Possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana) – Misdemeanor

     She was released from custody after posting $15,000 bond with a Circuit Court date of May 26th.

DAVID E. FLOWERS, 31 years old of Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver – Felony
Possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts) – Felonies
Possession of schedule VI controlled substance (marijuana) – Misdemeanor

     He is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond with a Circuit Court date of May 26th.
