Steven Allen Miller
A Harrison, Arkansas man, 51 year old STEVEN ALLEN MILLER, was served Wednesday, May 11th, with an outstanding Baxter County bench warrant charging him with multiple felony crimes related to numerous break-ins and thefts reported last summer. STEVEN MILLER has been incarcerated in the Boone County Detention Center in Harrison for several months following his arrest on charges in that county. He was transported to Baxter County on May 11th to be served with the outstanding warrant and to make an appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court the next day, May 12th. His son, DONALD JOSEPH MILLER, had been simultaneously arrested in Baxter County on similar charges on August 23, 2015, which was previously reported. This occurred in Lakeview when a vehicle occupied by DONALD MILLER and STEVEN MILLER was pulled over by a Lakeview Police Officer, and STEVEN MILLER fled on foot. The vehicle they were in had been stolen in Harrison, Arkansas.
STEVEN MILLER had been identified as a suspect in at least nine (9) separate incidents of breaking or entering, with multiple storage units having the locks cut and entered into. Items stolen included a radio controlled boat and airplane, porcelain dolls, personal documents, golf clubs and bags, and other items. Some of these items were later recovered at a residence in Boone County after authorities served a search warrant there.

Theft of Property (5 counts) – Felonies
Theft by Receiving (1 count) – Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth- 1 count) – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (1 count) - Felony
Theft of Property (18 counts) – Misdemeanors
Criminal Mischief (54 counts) – Misdemeanors Fleeing – Misdemeanor
Following his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court, STEVEN MILLER was returned to the Boone County Detention Center where he remains. His bond on the Baxter County charges is $85,000.
