Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
No Vehicle License – Misdemeanor
No Seat Belt – Violation

JACKSON is being held in lieu of $7,500 bond, and he will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on August 14th.
